Tom Pingel will step into a "Master Coach" role for TCV Boys in the 2023-24 season where he will focus on coach development for active Team Colorado coaches.

Tom brings extensive experience to the Team Colorado Volleyball program: 

• TCV 18 Black Head Coach: 2021-22 & 2022-23
• Current COO at East Coast Volleyball Inc: 8/2018-present
• USA Volleyball Senior Director, Indoor Events & High Performance: 1/1999-5/2018
• IUPUI Women's Volleyball Coach: 1991-1992 (NAIA Coach of the Year and Nationals Tournament Runner-Up)
• Founder, Circle City Volleyball Club: 1984
• Ball State University Volleyball Athlete: 1980-1983

In his second season with Team Colorado (2022-23 season), Tom lead TCV 18 Black to a 20-4 RMR record and #1 ranking in the Region  (3 RMR Power victories), an 18 USA silver bracket win in the Winter Championship in Chicago (18 USA bid), a 5th place finish at the Dennis Lafata Boys Bid Tournament in St. Louis and an  18 USA Division Championship at USA Volleyball Boys Nationals (11-0 record).

In his first season with Team Colorado (2021-22 season), Tom lead TCV 18 Black to an undefeated in-state record in junior play (5 RMR Power victories), a second place finish in 18 USA at the Florida Fest boys qualifier (the clubs first USAV boys bid to nationals) and an 8-2 record in the 18 USA Division at USA Volleyball Boys Nationals.
