Addy Worley - 18 Black (2023-24)

WHY I COACH

I coach because I love the sport, a love I hope to share with my players. In terms of my coaching philosophy, I coach to ensure understanding and clear comprehension with the reason behind everything. I will never be the coach to tell a player to do something "because I said so" or to "just do it". I can be intense, but I do it out of a passion and love for the sport of volleyball. That same passion and love results in excitement when it all goes well.
